What to expect
In our first session, we’ll explore what brought you to therapy, assess presenting symptoms, and discuss what you hope to achieve in therapy. Following the first few sessions, we’ll work together to develop a treatment plan designed to meet your specific needs and to assess your own progress in treatment.
